::I got to say the experience at this hotel is the worst in my life. First, we try so hard that we couldn't reach the hotel, the phone number on their website, it doesn't work, we even asked local to help us to call them, still not working. We tried to contact via Instagram, website, all NO RESPOND! They said they provide free transport from Atami station, but you can't even reach them! Second, We got the hotel at 7pm, they said because we have no dinner reservation, so they can't cook anything. In this case, at least hotel should inform your clients don't book dinner, what they gonna face. If we know earlier, we can eat at the station or book dinner! I can not believe we end up stay in a resort and end up eating instant noodle! Not even a single convenient Store or restaurant nearby. Third, even reception speak limited English. His only respond is SORRY! No solution at all! Thats not the service match the money they charge! Terrible! This hotel maybe good for local, but they definitely lack of ability to host foreigners.

::Although location is rather inaccessible without a car (located atop a steep mountain), the hotel provides complimentary shuttle services upon arrival and departure, prior reservations required. My room was clean and spacious, with a gorgeous view of the sea! One main issue is the lack of wifi in the rooms. There is supposed to be free wifi in the lobby, however it doesn’t work. Might be good if you’re looking for a digital detox. The Japanese breakfast is excellent. The surrounding area is devoid of activity, so I suggest arranging for dinner reservations (lunch is not available) or taking a bus out to the station to get food. Buses are not frequent, so be sure to check the bus timings in advance so you won’t miss the last bus back (service ends fairly early).

::Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful Onsen was very nice and refreshing, I loved the rotenburo (Outdoor bathing area) Japanese breakfast was nice. The room, furniture and electronics were pretty old, there was only one outlet. Wifi cannot be used from the room.

::We'll, it's beautiful. And the staff is incredibly gracious and thoughtful. But a few warnings. The bus to get there isn't listed exactly like it is on the bus stop outside Atami station. Go for Bus 4. Two, while there is WiFi, it can only be used in the lobby and the restaurant. Speaking of food, to eat at the restaurant you must make reservations 24 hours before for both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is pricey at ¥2100 and dinner starts at ¥7000 and goes up to ¥12000. If that's out of your range, you'll have to call a ¥2100 taxi back to the station for food. Oh, and the rooms have no showers. But it's beautiful. And the staff couldn't be more hospitable. Most of these "complaints" are my own fault for not checking it out thoroughly beforehand.

::I took my customers to this hotel. It was a great spa place and it was a full of kind services. The food was so delicious and great. If you are looking for proper Japanese cuisine, I would recommend you to stay at this hotel and have awesom dinner. Workers in the hotel were so nice and I did not have anything to point out. I often find something to point out but there is nothing critical I would concern. The it’s your turn. Have a nice stay.
