::Very nice hotel. Amazing service and introduction off the gate with the free bus to the hotel and to the room. The surronding area was also beatiful. the breakfeast was decent. the only problem i had was the location was a bit far from everything so a bit hassle but we managed. onsen was nice

::Our room in particular was a bit moldy in the bathroom with no air circulation. The hotel was very good looking and luxurious the restaurants are pricey. The location is a bit distant but has good transportation offered by the hotel.

::Really not the best experience, you can’t get food after 9pm, there is no bar open during the week. Breakfast was incredibly over priced, cold and lack lustre. The only stand out is the view of the lake, but really not worth the £600 for 2 nights price tag. Incredibly expensive not just for Japan. Free hotel shuttle bus from the station ends at 4, absolutely nothing to do in the evenings. They seem to push the Onsen on you, but if you have a flower tattoo you cannot enter, and its forbidden to wear swim wear, so tough luck if you don’t fancy being naked To sum up, just stay clear, and if you do end up staying here, make sure you stock up on food from the 7 Eleven down the road, we wish we had avoided the hotel all together.

::This is a great place to relax, customer service is top-notch. The room is spacious (we got 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds). Views of the lake and Mt. Fuji on a clear day is spectacular. Included in the price of the room is the access to the On-sen (hot spring) is a bonus.

::Friendly, helpful and service minded staff. The hotel has a beautiful “garden” and hot spring (onsen) of the hotel constructed with both outdoor and indoor sectors. Great place for a romantic retreat.
