  Very close to the train station and has a western buffet for breakfast which is decent. The staff is what one usually finds at a Japanese place.

  Location is great, as it is within minutes walk to Toyama Station. There is a Lawson directly opposite hotel too. The aircon does not give much cold air even when we set thermostat to 20 degrees C (cannot go lower). Service level is excellent. The receptionist answered questions patiently, and helped us to get luggage transferred to Osaka two days later at total price of 6,930 yen for 3 big luggages.

  Convenient location close to Shinkansen (bullet train) station connecting to big cities. Literary 3 minutes walk. Heart of the city. A lot of restaurants close to hotels, convenience store, spa's game center and shopping mall. Parking not available in the hotel but 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It's Free, It will be reimbursed by the hotel. Small bathrooms, clean rooms, close to vegan/vegetarian Indian restaurant. Breakfast was a treat very well served, a lot of vegetarian/vegan options.

  I’d *almost* give this 5 stars. In fact, our experience was just about five stars. Decent sized room, good location, and we even found the parking situation pretty easy. However, many other reviews mentioned the heating system. While it worked well enough for us, it is a poor system that lies to you. We had the same kind of unit at an awful hotel in Niigata city. Apparently it is centrally controlled and the room control can only adjust it down to the hotel minimum in summer, or the maximum in winter. Thus, while our room unit said “21 C”, it was clearly 25-26 C in the room no matter how much lower we set it. So those customers are not lying. On the other hand, it worked well enough for us and we had a good experience.
