  I always use this hotel when I come to Sannomiya with my girlfriend. There are plenty of amenities, including a water server with hot water, a microwave, and a refrigerator, so she can cook food and bring it to us. Unfortunately, I spilled something on the sofa today and it was sticky. Speaking of greed, the bathroom is old, so I would like it to be clean. Other than that, the hotel's service hours, prices, etc. are perfect compared to surrounding hotels.

  The receptionist's response was wonderful. The room was clean, luxurious and enjoyable. There was also a water server, microwave, and amenities. There was no parking lot, so I had to park somewhere else and walk, which was difficult, but I would use it again.

  The pricing is reasonable and I use it often. There was nothing particularly bothersome about the interior of the room. I was also happy to be able to get a drink at the entrance.

  Before booking be aware that this is a love hotel which means: late check in (9:30 onwards but a late check out, 12, to compensate), designed for "short stays", emphasis on privacy and likely to have rules about booking multiple days. If being in a love hotel bothers you book somewhere else but if not then the benefits are a much larger room, better soundproofing and light blocking, large bathroom with double person bath and usually a cheaper rate than other hotels. The Liberal staff were excellent, the room was large, clean and had good facilities (far better than my experience of love hotels, fridge and water machine in the room as well as communal free drinks bar in the entrance). The price was higher than I normally pay for love hotels but the quality was equally higher. They seem to be advertising as LGBTQ+ friendly, I can't comment on personal experience with this but I thought it was worth mentioning. The location was good, near the jazz bars north of Sannomiya station, very slight hill and short walk from the station but very well connected for the main parts of Kobe. The only note I have against the property was that they did not give us a key to the room, it was lockable from the inside but if we went out we had to ask the staff to lock it for us, asking questions about how many hours we planned to be away and unlock it when we returned which was not ideal. Overall I would say if you have only 1 night in Kobe and don't mind a late check in and it being a love hotel its a good option.
