    The nice place to attend gathering event. The hall is big enough for at least 50 peoples. And there is a small room for the announcers and the guest to preparing and resting. I would like to visit another event again in this place ^~^

    I made breakfast reservation at this hotel. I have heard the highly reputation about the No.1 breakfast in the whole word” from many years ago, so I was very looking forward to this visit. The decoration of the lobby is really cute and full of warm and happy feeling of the Christmas season. The young lady who welcomed me at the lobby was very friendly and showed me the way to restroom. While when I was done at restroom and back to the main area, I did not know it is not at my reserved time yet ( I arrived there only 10 minutes ahead), so I stepped into the dining area and tried to find a staff. Then a senior lady staff came close to me. She just looked at me without any greeting, so I told her my reservation. She checked at her list, and after confirming, she led me to the sitting area and asked me to wait here. Her attitude was fine so far, but what surprised me was that she soon found the lobby staff and required her strictly not to let guests go to dinning area directly. Since I communicated with them all in Japanese, the senior must know I understood all the things she was saying, especially at the time I was just a few feet away for shooting the photos. What she just did not only embarrassing the staff but also me. While the lobby staff just smiled and said she will ( which means the situation may have happened many times before). I just wanted to say, it is inappropriate to educate the staff in front of guests in any way, it really ruined the feeling from the beginnings. The meal was great, everything was delicious, thought everything is in small portions. While the table is made of plastic and unstable. I think they must use a better quality facilities in such fancy place. I still would like to have another try in the future for the food.

    Nice hotel with really great hospitality, we stayed in double sized bed room but with extra cost, and we absolutely loved the room. The bathroom was large, bedroom was comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and it was luxurious.

    We checked into the hotel this afternoon. The bellboy watched us struggle as we lifted our luggage from the taxi to the porch, then simply walked off as we pushed the door and brought our heavy bags to reception (an elderly lady later came into the hotel and I helped her myself open the door and climb the stairs as nobody was to be seen at the hotel entrance door). Once at reception, the staff left us standing 10 minutes in front of their desk as they were looking at their computer screens (despite no other guests being there) without explanation. When they finally acknowledged us and started the check-in process, we mentioned that we are members of the R&C 5C club. As the members of staff did not react, we explained to them what the card was and its benefits (room upgrade, personalised welcome to the hotel etc). The staff whispered together in Japanese in front of us without telling us anything in English then did not mention the card as they walked us to our room. We had asked for a double bed when booking and made sure to state in the booking that we did not want twin beds. The room we were given has twin beds. When we asked to change the mattress if it was not possible to change room, they declined to help us. In conclusion, we are hugely disappointed at the substandard service offered by this hotel. This is not a Relais & Chateaux experience.
