  Very compact and eco-friendly hotel! The front desk and cleaning staff were very kind and patient even though I barely speak Japanese. I was very impressed by the technology and I loved the water pressure for the shower. There are many good food places and convienence stores nearby. The station is a short walk away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a convienent and eco-friendly stay.

  From the outside, the hotel looks inviting, and the lobby is fresh and welcoming. The location of the hotel is good, close to the nearest train station. The staff at check-in were friendly. However, the room was worn out, not clean, and had high humidity. There were short black hairs in the bed and the bathroom when I moved in. The bed was sagging and showed significant signs of wear. The toilet was not properly cleaned. The hotel is quite noisy. I could clearly hear sounds from the surrounding rooms. All movements in the hallway were also distinctly audible. I cannot recommend this hotel.

  Room was smaller than the last Apa hotel we stayed at in Tokyo. Great location to train stations and eateries. Staff cordial and efficient. Nice to have washer and dryer available on premises.

  Great location to a big train station that connects multiple lines. The price was great! I booked through agoda! I had to book a smoking room to get a cheaper option. The room was clean and didn't smell of smoke!! It was perfect room! Bed and shower! The staff were friendly. One spoke English as I checked in. I had the reservation number so checking is easy with the machines now. Laundry was on first floor. Convenience stores close by.

  (+) Great central location. Close to Sannomiya Station, department stores, and the shopping arcade. (+) Reasonable rates considering other hotels in the area. (+) Easy and simple check-in. Multi-lingual kiosk. (+) Easy and simple check-out. Drop your key in the box. (+) Seattle’s Best coffee shop located on 1st floor. (-) Compact room may not be comfortable for larger people or oversized suitcases. (-) Water temperature in shower was hard to manage.
