::The hotel are great. The bed it is also comfortable and the receptionist are also helpful and kind. The location is strategic to my destinitions. p.s. the receptionist is very cute, he is very helpful 🤭

::Cute hotel that surprised me. It's price was quite low, but the actual hotel was about average. Interior was a bit dated, but was themed. Would recommend. Staff were also helpful in helping us call for a reservation. Location was quite convenient as well!

::A nice hotel with a cosy European interior and sensibility. Love the warm, woody tones although the rooms are a little small for my liking. Free coffee is served at the lobby and the location is within minutes to Sannomiya Station and shopping amenities. The quality of bath products were also great as they don't sting upon application and the scent was invigorating. Would have to comment that some bristles of the toothbrush in the issued toiletries kit fell off upon first use. I almost choked on it. Overall, pleasant stay.

::I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a positive experience. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the only significant drawback was the limited laundry facilities. With only three washing machines available for the entire hotel, it created a bit of inconvenience for guests. Considering the size of the hotel, it would be beneficial to invest in additional laundry amenities to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite this, I appreciated the other aspects of my stay and I recommend this hotel if you stay in Kobe.

::This hotel is located in the heart of the Sannomiya shopping area, closed to Ikuta shrine. Many restaurants and shops are in the walking distance which is nice. Our bedroom is new and clean. The only downside is that there's a weird smell inside our bathroom, which smells like a wet old cloth. That smell annoyed me every time i used the bathroom.
