::We had a great experience here, not only the structure, but also the service were amazing. The staff were very kind, attentive and welcoming. They have a free happy hour from 5 p.m to 8 p.m, it was excellent. The rooms were very quiet, clean and comfortable. I really recommend this place!

::Located barely 2 minutes' walk to Sannomiya train station and Shinki bus terminal, it is one of the best places to stay. There are restaurants all around and a supermarket in the next building (Daiso too). Every evening the hotel has 'happy hour', free flow of red/white and even sparkling wine accompanied by small snacks to go with the drinks. Coffee/tea is also free (cups to go avail) through the day except during breakfast hours. Rooms are quite good size, we can manage with two large suitcases. They have bath tub!

::We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very nice to us and helped us to make reservations at local restaurants. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. On top of that, it is very close to the Sannomiya Station which has good connections to other cities. It is a few minutes away walking.

::The room was rather small but the bed was very comfortable. I loved their breakfast, they had these cute mini croffle and grilled sandwich stations. The pastries at breakfast were wonderful and freshly baked. Great selections of delicious tea at the coffee lounge that you can enjoy freely. There was also an interesting wine vending machine that unfortunately we didn’t get to try. Loved how they carefully curated some local Kobe products in the food & drink. Location wise is close walking distance to the JR Sannomiya station and next door is a supermarket! Overall value for money, but service could be improved.

::Beautiful, beautifully appointed hotel, on the last floors of a high-rise. Very convenient location, very near Sannomiya station (the shinkansen station is just a few subway stops away too). The rooms are large and super clean, with lots of helpful touches (a lovely nightdress for example). Beautiful city view especially at night. Friendly, super efficient staff. And the buffet breakfast is superb. All in all one of our favourite stays in Japan.
