  I think Toripaitou Ramen is the most delicious in Japan! It is usually served with thin noodles, but you can choose from thin, medium, or thick noodles. I always order medium noodles. It comes with lemon, so if you squeeze it after eating it, it will change the taste, and it will be refreshing and go surprisingly well with the soup!

The thick, opaque soup was piping hot, and once it mixed with the noodles, it didn't cool down easily, so I ate it carefully to avoid getting burnt. I had the impression that the taste was more greasy than salty, so I had to change the taste with vinegar halfway through. The char siew was thick and filling, but the meat juice (?) was watery, and it felt like processed meat, which was disappointing.

  I went there on the recommendation of a senior at work. Squeezing lemon into the rich soup of chicken paitan ramen makes it refreshing. It was very delicious. Also, the fried rice and take-out noodles are delicious and I want to go again.
