::It's a really nice hotel with helpful staff, the rooms look a bit dated but they are huge and give amazing views of the lake. Only complaint really is that some of the higher to reach places could use a clean.

::I'm visiting in October and the weather's really nice with some gorgeous views. If you book a room on the third floor, you can actually see Mount Fuji! The room isn't huge, but it's pretty comfy. The onsen is nothing special, but there's a nice bathtub in the room, which is convenient. Overall, I really like this place, especially the delicious breakfast!

::Excellent location. Right in front of the pirate ship stop. Lots of places to ear that is walking distance and the bus service will take up to the various tourist sites. The room was brilliant with a direct view of Mt Fuji.

::Idyllic setting on the lake. Nice bedroom. The French restaurant was lovely, love the daily free drinks and pod coffee. An upgrade to the bathrooms, a slight decrease in temperature of the Onsen and a hotel transfer to and from the train station would make this hotel perfect.
