::This is a pork cutlet restaurant that I stopped by for a meal while on the go and was very satisfied. SA (Korean rest areas) usually sell similar menus, so you often have no choice but to eat them due to time constraints, but the pork cutlet here is very delicious. In addition to pork cutlet, other steak menus are also sold, and there is also a menu cooked sous vide (900g ㄷㄷ). I ordered 200g (two pieces) of pork cutlet. The first thing I felt when I received it was that this pork cutlet was somehow different from the typical pork cutlet. Usually pork cutlets have white flesh, but this pork cutlet was so dry that it had a mysterious color that came out when it was sous vide. When I tried it, it was really soft and on a different level. In Tokyo, they sell a pork cutlet with a bossam-like texture called "Donpei", which is similar to this, but has a more meaty texture. Since it's 200g, it's a lot, so I got a bit sick of it after eating it, but the store provided a variety of sauces for dipping, so I varied the taste and it was delicious until the end. I guess I'll have to try a smaller one next time. There was something about the two-part thing, but it seems like climbing the mountain was divided into 10 parts and called one-point and two-point.
