::It is located right in the heart of Susukino. There are plenty of great places to eat and drink. The area is very lively at night. There is a large shopping area 5 minutes away. The station is one block away. There is a McDonalds near by for the picky kids. The hotel is nice and clean.

::Iām so happy to choose this hotel. Itās right at the heart of Susukino. Very easy from the airport. Staff are amazing and room is newly renovated. Due to its prime location, you can simply walk everywhere; shopping, eating and sightseeingā ā ā

::Pros - 1) Centrally located in Susukino near lots of eateries, a police station, Pole Town and ~10 mins walk to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. 2) We got upgraded to a room on the member floors (13, 14 & 15 floor) and had a great view of the hustle and bustle of the area. Our room looked a little dated but was generally well maintained. 3) Our minibar was complimentary and restocked everytime our room was cleaned. 4) Breakfast spread was decent but the place can be very busy, especially during 730am - 9am. 5) Discounted parking of 1,200 JPY per night is available and the automated capark is located just beside the hotel. Do note that payment is by cash only and you settle on the day of check out. 6) Service was polite and friendly but that's almost a given in Japan. 7) Prices are very competitive - we got a very good rate for our stay, which was similar to what IBIS Styles Sapporo just down the road was offering. Definitely a steal. Cons - 1) The lower levels had a lingering cigarette smoĀ£ke smell, probably due to the presence of a smoking room on the 4th floor. Thankfully there was none on our level.

::We booked for 2 nights and was upgraded on arrival to a higher floor due to our Accor status - which also included welcome drinks on the 4th floor bar. Room was nicely designed and has interconnecting rooms. Breakfast had good spread of both Japanese and western food - love it! Also did laundry for 500 yen as they are located on 6, 9 and 12 floor. Highly recommended!

::great location for exploring and shopping around sapporo and in an area with vibrant nightlife. however, for what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel the cleanliness is severely lacking. the bathroom had a constant smell of urine from the first day we checked in, dust could be seen collected at the edges of the carpet and cabinets, and as previous reviews have noted room cleaning seems to simply rearrange a few items and call it a day. the plus side is the hotel has a clean and new gym with great access hours, which is why we initially chose this hotel. but unfortunately the rest of the stay was pretty disappointing.
