::After reading some negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive, but my stay at the Ibis Sapporo Hotel turned out to be fantastic. Despite being around 700m from the main town (Susukino) the room was spacious and the hotel surroundings were quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep without any city noise. It's conveniently located within a short walk to Nakajimakeon subway station, and there's a Lawson store near the reception area. There was also a blood pressure measurement at the lobby, and a microwave near the Lawson. The breakfast was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety of options. It would be convenient if they had coin-operated washers on every floor to save time going up and down. The coin-operated washers tend to get busy after 8 pm. To avoid waiting, it's best to do your laundry earlier in the evening or early in the morning. Each cycle takes about 30 minutes for washing and at least an hour for drying, totaling around 1.5 hours for three walk (one for washing, one for drying, and one for collecting). On my first night, I didn't encounter any issues with the washers or dryers. However, on the second day, all three machines were in use, so I had to wait until around 12:30 am to finish drying my clothes, which was quite inconvenient and left me feeling exhausted. This was the only aspect of my stay at the hotel that left me dissatisfied.

::Nearly perfect. This was first time in Hokkaido, and this hotel made the stay very pleasant. I loved how large the rooms were compared to other tiny hotels in Japan. The gym was a nice bonus. The room itself and all the service that came with it was nearly perfect. I would rate this as a 4-star hotel. My only gripe was that the beds were a bit soft but not a deal breaker so I am still giving 5 stars due to the amazing package for the price. My only feedback for the hotel is to add English writing on the thermostat as it is a bit difficult to navigate.

::one of the best Ibis Styles Hotel I ever stay. Room is nice, considerably big and well maintained. Breakfast is good, and the staff from front desk and F&B are very friendly and accomodating. Location is good, only about 5 min of walk to the nearest subway station. A great stay overall, will come again for sure.

::I would like to highly praise my stay at ibis style sapporo as it was truly the best. - Very good compared to other hotels really! a large! room - water, ice (free) machines and vending machines placed in the hotel - A laundry room (even equipped with a dryer) where you can wash wet clothes (due to long-term travel or playing in the snow in winter, etc.) - Lastly, the friendly staff who always responded with a smile to ensure you had the best stay.

::The hotel's prime location is a key highlight. You won't have to leave the premises to access a convenience store, which is particularly advantageous during winter. And if you do choose to venture outside, you'll find a plethora of restaurants and bars to satisfy your culinary cravings. At night, the street is illuminated by vibrant neon lights, creating a picturesque setting that's perfect for capturing unforgettable moments.
