::I used it for dinner on a Saturday in August 2024. Although it was around 6pm, the restaurant wasn't crowded yet, so we were able to be seated right away without having to wait. The Hitsumabushi eel was fluffy and had a lot of flavor on top of the rice, and even with the addition of dashi or grated yam (depending on how much you put it on), the taste didn't get too diluted and was still delicious. The bonito eaten with salt was also delicious.

::I went to Tosa Warayaki Ryujinmaru for the first time in a while and had the ``Straw Grilled Bonito Seared with Sauce Set Meal'' and ``Straw Grilled Bonito Seared with Salt Set Meal''. For rice 🍚, I changed my order from white rice to sea bream kamameshi. It was so⤴️⤴️ delicious😋🍴💕🎵... ️We also have many other special menu items available. Please come and visit us ❗

::I tasted it and compared it with 6 slices of straw salted bonito. The 6 slices were thick and the deliciousness of the bonito spread in my mouth, and it was just as delicious as the one I had in Kochi! I think it's good to compare the taste with various condiments because it's a little thinner, but if you want to enjoy the taste of bonito, I recommend 6 slices.

::A healthy meal rich in protein. I would have liked to have seen it being grilled, but lol. Comparison set meal It was delicious with all the different ways to eat tataki. The atmosphere of the restaurant was bright and the tempura looked delicious.
