  Luxury hotel. Very expensive. I went there on a business trip. What can I say? I was impressed that the hotel starts at floor 26. Rooms are quite large, clean and with enough storage space. Staff is friendly, speaking English. I forgot my do not disturb button pressed for 2 days. They noticed and they left me messages on the phone that if I need my room cleaned, to let them know. Breakfast is ok. There is also a small gym (very small) and a sauna. I have not used the sauna. Cannot tell how that is.

  Great location - right next to the train station that pretty much connects to everywhere you need to go + easy Shinkansen train access. Large rooms, comfortable stay, loved the steam room, polite staff, amazing breakfast!!! , clean, spacious, great views, quiet, great room amenities. Caring management and staff. More equipment in training room would be nice - Especially weights. Hotel car / shuttle? Consider getting one. Overpriced drinks at the bar for no particular reason.

  Beautiful public spaces, quiet and discreet, relatively convenient to Shinegawa Station. Dramatic view of the atrium from the glass elevators. Friendly polite service from the staff. My room was spacious and clean, and everything worked. The only real criticism are the relatively early closing hours of the restaurants and bars.
