However, at other stations, including the main station and small stations, you will always receive an address sheet (address sticker). This makes it impossible to send mail even if you want to. When I was the previous director, I was more customer-oriented. People who have been using this post office for many years probably feel this way. Since this is a post office with many users, I would like them to consider the essence of the service.

Don't say unnecessary things when someone says something that is obvious. I felt that was the case. We don't care about your opinions. Customer inconvenience is also partly the customer's fault. We just have an ATM, so it doesn't matter. That's probably what it means. The location was bad, there was no parking lot, and the man in charge at the time was irresponsible. So unkind. (After this happened a few years ago, I stopped using it.) Yanase is also in a worse location and has less parking, but it is extremely kind and has many users with good morals.
