We just have an ATM, so it doesn't matter. That's probably what it means. The location was bad, there was no parking lot, and the man in charge at the time was irresponsible. So unkind. (After this happened a few years ago, I stopped using it.) Yanase is also in a worse location and has less parking, but it is extremely kind and has many users with good morals.
