  It seems that this is a post office where strollers with children are not allowed inside the office 😅 I didn't know that and when I went to ask for a passbook, the staff member gave me a very unpleasant look and said, "Please come back when you have time." I was made to do so. In the end, I couldn't make a passbook...There were no other customers, so I didn't think it would be a nuisance. I'm sorry I had to bring my kids with me😢
