  When I went to take out my luggage, I was greeted by a man who said to me, "I'll take your luggage," which gave me a sense of comfort and security. Also, a female staff member was accompanying an elderly customer and slowly explaining the process. It's very different from other stations with unfriendly and uncaring manual staff. I would like some unfriendly female staff member to take OJT here and learn from her.

  I use this post office instead of my local post office because the two female post office workers who are always there are very nice. There are many post offices with employees who have terrible customer service, but I would be happy if there were more offices like Fudomae Post Office. ※postscript I'm deducting one star because I can't pay by card. ※postscript I am using it because it now supports cashless payments. However, I am lowering the star because the atmosphere is worse than in the past, and the lady mail clerk who often works at the mail reception desk is not very good at her job. I wonder if the old station staff will come back.
