::Good location; room fine (no wifi issues); breakfast was a little better than other Toyoko Inns I've stayed at. Nothing fancy, very corporate, WYSIWYG.

::I did not stay here, however I want to leave a review because of the kindness of the staff. I was having a hard time with something as a tourist in Nagasaki and really needed a phone. I asked at this hotel even though I wasn’t staying here if I could use their phone. They let me, no questions asked, and were patient as my call was a little long. They are truly caring and considerate people and i believe they must take good care of people staying with them. Thank you so much.

::When we stayed there a few years ago they demanded to make copies of our identification even though we had resident cards (meaning that such discrimination is illegal). I can only imagine the reason was racism. I won't be coming back.

::Friendly and considerate staff! Excellent breakfast with large portions even at the last half hour. Attention to details like a generous thread and needle box, garnishing for the dishes (spring onions for the miso soup), English instructions on the coffee machine, etc. Parking at ¥500 per day with no restrictions on multiple entries/exits. English newspaper is a boon for travellers like ourselves. Proximity to the Nagasaki Station and Dejima Wharf is ideal. Loving Toyoko Inn Nagasaki Ekimae! 😘

::The hotel is correct, don't expect a luxury room, but for staying some nights it's OK. Remember that breakfast is slightly different at Japan, so don't expect toasts or cereals.
