::It was really bad. The old woman at the front desk was very unfriendly and glared at me, which made me very uncomfortable. The shower in the room was old and not in a usable condition. The rooms are also too small. And there wasn't even a box to put valuables in. I will never use it again. My precious trip is ruined. . .

::I reserved a non-smoking room through the booking site Agoda, but I was directed to a smoking room. It seems that the reservation was made from Agoda to Rakuten Travel, and the non-smoking room was omitted in the process, but the special notes on the reservation confirmation stated in English that a non-smoking room was requested. did. At check-in, there was not a single word of apology from the front desk staff for not being able to fulfill my wishes. After entering the room, I realized that it was a smoking room and informed the front desk that it was different from what I had booked, but they told me that there was nothing they could do and did not even give me a formal apology. There were no suggestions such as deodorizing as much as possible. When I got off the elevator, the whole floor smelled like cigarettes and it was very smelly. I couldn't stay in the room because I could smell it even when I was in the room. I couldn't change to a non-smoking room because there were no vacancies, so I checked out immediately without staying the night. Of course, there was no refund, but when I checked out, there was no apology or anything, just a thank you note. Even if I didn't mean it, I can't at least say I'm sorry. impossible. The customer service and language were not polite either. It has a local feel, or rather, it's just familiar. It's not like it's warm or anything. It's better not to expect much. There seemed to be a number of students from outside the prefecture staying at the hotel for a club tournament, but at night there seemed to be only one woman at the front desk, so we had to wait a long time for anything to be done. Since it coincides with the Port Festival event, shouldn't there be more staff at night on days like this? Also, the customer service towards students was done in a formal manner rather than in honorific language, which made me feel uncomfortable as well. The room is old. The only good thing is the location. It doesn't matter if it's cheap or bad. There are many good hotels nearby, so it's better to stay there even if it's a little more expensive. The difference is several thousand yen. I took a bargain and looked at Baka this time. I think this is a problem with the reservation site, but the customer service is really bad. I think of it as studying money and make fun of it. By the way, the nearby hotel I stayed at instead was very accommodating even though I had made a last-minute reservation, and the customer service was excellent, as the room was new and clean. The difference was also small. I don't usually write bad reviews, but I felt really bad, so I had to write one. The low reviews for this hotel are true to form, so please don't think it's just a coincidence. In particular, the reviews from the front desk woman are very faithful. I think the reason for the bad reviews is this person's response. I will not use it again in the future.

::Good location, walking distance to Nagasaki station, the port and tram. There is also a small park and convenience store nearby. Rooms are a bit dated but are spacious and comfortable. For the price it is good value. Some of the staff could be more helpful. I asked for directions to Inasayama and he recommended that I go ask for directions at another hotel, which I did and they were very helpful.
