  Hotel Cuore Nagasaki unfortunately did not meet my expectations. The hotel felt old, dark, and dreary, with very small and dated rooms. There was a noticeable moldy smell throughout, which was quite unpleasant and ultimately led me to switch to another hotel. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its convenient location.

  Hotel was located right opposite the JR station (accessible via overhead bridge w lifts/escalator) and next to the bus terminal, so its a really good location if you're just stopping by Nagasaki for a night or two. Lawson and Family Mart are just next door. Hotel may look dated, but the room was clean and spacious, and the front reception's service was good too. Amenities are provided - take what you need from the lobby. As of end-May 2024, the facade of the building seemed to be undergoing some renovation but it didn't affect our stay (cleanliness and noise-wise) at all.

  The hotel was good for value with the room space. The room itself was clean. The amenities within the room were good as well with an adjustable (brightness) samsung light. Service is good as well. Would recommend this hotel to consider if you stay in Nagasaki.

  Hotel is fine. We accidentally booked a smoking room, there was no possibility for a non smoking room. It really smelled of smoke, as did the entire floor. There is shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the room. The hotel is close to the train station.

  Very friendly reception and very spacious rooms for Japanese standards. Extremely close to the station and reception was so nice to follow my request for a room in the back, it was quiet during the night. The windows have curtains but also some faux closet doors, they make it look nice and usual and also shut out every light in the morning. Only one pillow in the single room, no drinking water provided and the blanket doesn't come in a cover but you get a bedsheet to put under the blanket. Humidifiers are available on each floor, amenities near the reception. You can also buy a One Day Pass for transport at the reception.
