  The staff is very friendly and the front lobby looks nice but the rooms are very old and small. Maybe not recommended for long stays.

  Your story about the Hokkaido Teddy Bear service to the Thai lady traveller has gone somewhat viral. Great services, although I have not visited your hotel. “The experiential story is NOT mine” but can be found on her Facebook and some of the news website in Thailand. Keep up the good job. I will visit you someday if our itinerary allows.

  Clean and well maintained room. Lobby has a coffee vending machine. Just behind the Nagasaki bus terminal. Complimentary breakfast is good.

  If you are arriving late in the Shinchimachi, this Hotel is just opposite to the Shinchimachi bus stop. Or if you do not want to walk at all when taking the limousine bus back to the Nagasaki Airport, the Shinchimachi bus stop is right at the Hotel’s door step. I chose to stay here on Saturday night, Nov 24-25, 2018, as it quoted the cheapest rate, and I wanted to explore the Nagasaki waterfront on foot!

  A great location hotel. Very clean room and a comfortable bed. Staff are very polite and this hotel is right next to China Town and Dejima. You can walk to many historical sites easily and tram 1 stops very close. My only criticism is the size of the room. In particular the bathroom in which you practically had to do some yoga moves to get in and out of without banging an elbow!
