Very central location, in a covered shopping area. Lots of restaurants in the area. Because of the urban location, could hear some conversation noise at night. We had a double room with a small sitting area. Wonderful latte machine in the lobby, that was included with the room. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable. Sleepwear and slippers provided. Small fridge & kettle in the room, microwave and ice machine in lobby.

The WiFi connection is extremely poor; it's impossible to load any websites or watch YouTube videos. The rooms are small, and to make matters worse, there's a gigantic, outdated foot massage machine that seems straight out of the 80s. It's definitely not a good idea to keep it, please throw it away or replace them with new models. While the location is perfect, there is an inconvenience when it comes to parking. You would have to park your car at the building opposite to where you're staying, and there is an additional fee associated with it.

This is definitely the best hotel I have stayed during my Kyushu trip. Very near to the tram/bus station, good food is nearby, the room itself is clean and big.

The hotel has great fundamentals. Affordable, in a central shopping and nightlife part of Nagasaki. The room was huge by Japanese standards and including a full closet. It has a few odd but useful amenities like a back massager and a foot& leg massager. On the top floor there is also a 50% beautiful view ( you have to ignore the industrial and commercial buildings that take up the other 50%) Negatives : Pillows are a bit uncomfortable, and the room's look is a little dated and needs a refresh. TV service is expensive at ¥1000 yen a night.

No, there is no parking, so expect to pay a lot if you drove. More upsetting, however, was the filthiness of the rooms. Considering the maids were nearly pushing us out at 0830 to clean the rooms, I would have expected them to be more thorough. Our room had junk in it (a calf massager) that had to be moved to another part of the room, just to get a walking space and a place for the suitcase. The table had spots of grime and old sauce on it, the carpeting was dingy and dated, and the bed had a stain on the side of it (clearly a liquid once) that I tried not to think about in order to sleep. I will not stay in a Hotel Forza again.
