::For location it was fantastic, easy access to trains and the staff at reception were great, but the room was average at best. We had lightbulbs that didn't work, the shower and the tap in the toilet leaked when turned on. Of the three places we stayed in Japan, these were the hardest beds and the pillows uncomfortable. Not the hotel's fault but our Neighbours decided it was fun to jump around and bang on everything until late in the night. It seemed that only one coffee per day was free which was odd since two adults staying in the room, so we didn't touch. If we were only staying a night or two no problem but we stayed four which our family outgrew and were happy to leave in the end.

::Good location but old decoration. Another very inconvenient thing is that you have to take your laundry far away and there is no washing machine nearby.

::For the price, this is definitely one of the best hotels that I've ever stayed in Japan. The staff was accommodating, and the check-in process was efficient. The room was big enough for two people with big luggages! Bathroom was clean and I reckon that the bathtub size would actually be enough for two people sitting in it comfortably. The room did give the vibe of an old hotel with its interior, but from what I saw, I think that it's well maintained. Personally, the point that I love the most about this hotel is the location! Just a few minutes of walk to Tennoji Station, it even has an underground connection to the station! A perfect base to explore the city and definitely going to be one of my top choices for my next trip to Osaka!!

::If you're just looking for a place to sleep while touring Osaka, this hotel is good to go. We booked one of the cheaper rooms without a view over the city, so bear in mind that I can't say what to expect from the more expensive rooms. The cheaper rooms didn't offer something out of the ordinary though. In fact, they weren't totally clean (some dust around the furniture). You could clearly see that the hotel was a little older since the rooms gave off a 70s/80s/90s kind of vibe. Some might find that charming, so I won't call this a negative aspect. As for the breakfast, you had a huge offer consisting of Western and Japanese food. It was okay, but once again not necessarily out of the ordinary. When it comes to the service, we can't say much about it because we didn't have specific questions or needs. However, I feel like the hotel staff could have been a little more attentive during the breakfast. We witnessed one situation where a family (they were having breakfast for quite some time already) suddenly decided to steal a table of a person who reserved the place by putting his belongings there. The person himself was visibly upset but decided to just grab his things and look for another table instead of starting a discussion with the rude family. It's unfortunate that the staff didn't recognize it and intervened. Maybe this could be solved by assigning specific tables to guests instead of having them choose by themselves? Anyways, to talk about something positive: The hotel is very close to Tennoji station. There's even an underground passage from the station to the hotel elevators. Breakfast is at the top floor of the building and you have a wonderful view over the city while eating. Altogether, the hotel is great if you're looking for a place that is close to a station. There isn't much to complain about but there was nothing that positively surprised us too.

::Great location, access to trains right next to hotel. So convenient! Lots and lots of food, shopping and groceries. Hotel was in perfect shape, and room spacious (by local standards) and in perfect condition. Everything in prime condition. Our room was very quiet. The aircon , beds, linens were pristine and comfortable. USB chargers at beds were welcome. I have no complaints about this place. Check it out.
