  Good location but not good service.. Hotel customers have to back a room key to front desk before go out even though daytime or night time. Very uncomfortable hotel. When I just tried to stop by convince store near by hotel staff have kept asking me back to room key before leave a hotel … If you want to stay this hotel you should ask this hotel rules before book a room…

  Not much clean.. the staff is quiet stuck to their own personal rules and regulations thus hardly leaving a space to live freely in the hotel room. They super impose their code of conduct on customers even at times

  Good hotel little old but clean near namba station so handy to get to kix. The free breakfast is however very poor you are better off skipping it and going elsewhere for breakfast.

  Service is good, rooms are spacious and the most important is wifi was pretty fast.

  Helpful staffs, reasonable price with comfort stay. Especially they have prepared some small gifts for guests.
