  I was told that I could not check in at the entrance even though my payment had been cleared.When I asked why, I was told that my reservation had been automatically canceled as they could not contact me. I haven't received a call from my cell phone and it seems like I was checking on someone else's phone. The hotel is responsible for any incorrect calls. When I asked for a refund because it was strange, they said they understood, but even after a month, the hotel did not give me a refund and was acting in a strange manner, asking me to return the guest. This is a hotel that provides temporary assistance. I was made to pay and was sent home at the entrance. I'm also angry, so will you tell me to camp out? When I said, ``Yes. Please camp out in the field.'' I am writing a note of dissatisfaction because I feel that I have been deceived. I go to Fuji Station from time to time, so I think I may stay there, but I will definitely write a review about the hotel's fault.

  The rooms are only for to people only. If there are 2 people greater than age 6. You’ll be forced to rent more rooms! So be aware of it!

  This hotel is using nano water of all tab in the room. I'd like to stay this group hotel.

  Ridiculous, so called Lohas Hotel，but can allow smoking in the room and hotel. Unbelievable，won't suggest to live in this SUPER SUPER Hotel.
