::This SMBC branch is so very unprofessional. I’ve been banking here for 8 years and every time I come in for anything other than to update my bank book, the staff who are supposed to attend to me panic. I often have to wait much longer than others because they are frantically trying to get someone to translate for me. I can get by without the translator, but they aren’t willing to try. Getting a loan or a mortgage through SMBC (other than through Prestia) is a waste of time. Not a great place to bank.
