::ATMs also close at 5:30pm. Does it exist only to trade with Toyama because Doshomachi is nearby? It may be usable in Toyama, but it's definitely not for the general public. The counter is open from 9:00 to 15:00, but is closed from 11:30 to 12:30 for lunch break.
