  When I called to change my address, I was told, ``Please go to the nearest branch with your bankbook, cash card, seal, and ID (I use my number card)'', so I went there. While I was going through the procedures, I was approached by a NISA salesperson, and after listening to his story, I told him that I couldn't do it at the moment. After completing the address change procedure, I told them that I was having trouble installing the bank app, and they installed the app for me, and it worked smoothly without any problems.   This SMBC branch is so very unprofessional. I’ve been banking here for 8 years and every time I come in for anything other than to update my bank book, the staff who are supposed to attend to me panic. I often have to wait much longer than others because they are frantically trying to get someone to translate for me. I can get by without the translator, but they aren’t willing to try. Getting a loan or a mortgage through SMBC (other than through Prestia) is a waste of time. Not a great place to bank.
