While I was going through the procedures, I was approached by a NISA salesperson, and after listening to his story, I told him that I couldn't do it at the moment. After completing the address change procedure, I told them that I was having trouble installing the bank app, and they installed the app for me, and it worked smoothly without any problems. ::This SMBC branch is so very unprofessional. I’ve been banking here for 8 years and every time I come in for anything other than to update my bank book, the staff who are supposed to attend to me panic. I often have to wait much longer than others because they are frantically trying to get someone to translate for me. I can get by without the translator, but they aren’t willing to try. Getting a loan or a mortgage through SMBC (other than through Prestia) is a waste of time. Not a great place to bank.
