::Stayed for 8 nights. A super convenient location to train stations that connect one to most parts of Osaka and Kansai area. Ease of getting good food too. One can literally get most of their stuff around the hotel area. Not to mention that its breakfast buffet was great too :)

::It is very impolite and disrespectful for a staff member to try to rush in the room in the night accusing us making other room flooding (he said we showered outside the tub and caused the toilet leakage to the room beneath us, but we didn’t do it at all!!) He didn’t listen to our explanation and insisted to get inside and check our room. (Then he said it’s an old problem that happens from time to time afterwards…… if so, why bothering me during the night???? Why don’t you guys try to get it fixed????) Overall, we were worried whole night that someone might get to our door again and say something is broken because of us. The toilet leakage problem happened even second time in the same day in one of another friend’s room. He was a victim from the toilet leakage this time. (Old problem confirmed, I would say) It is hard to image that a high ranked hotel like Sheraton would have such terrible service and infrastructure. Although the location is convenient, I would NEVER choose this hotel ever again.

::Shearton takes the position of being a business hotel. They are striving hard to not approach the luxury level. This particular hotel has definitely achieved that. BTW, this hotel has more rules than an elementary school. They will hand you their rule book (or page) at check in, no worries. This location is definitely dated. I stayed in a room that has been renovated. The bathroom, which is difficult to do any improvements on, stays pretty much like 25 yrs ago’s (minus some new faucets). I have no idea how these people think it’s comfortable to be having breakfast/meals seated at a table that’s knee height. It’s just a subtle ways for their management to force guests to spend as little time as possible at the lounge.

::Stayed here twice before, but would not return after my 3rd stay. Stay somewhere else in Osaka and don't waste your money here. Check-in was average - not really friendly, and no acknowledgement of my previous stays. They also got my Marriott loyalty status incorrect. No real perks for repeat customers, unlike some other Marriott properties. Many of the rooms are quite old, small and in sad condition. In the newer tower the rooms are larger, but it seems to be random which one you will be assigned. The small room was so hot and it was a horrible sleep experience because there was no air conditioning. You could open the window slightly but it made no difference. Bathroom was very beaten up and the towels looked extremely old. This old building needs to be torn down, or at least renovated. Best part is the location, as its close to subway stop, and there are airport buses to both Osaka Itami and KIX airports. But other than that, not worth it.

::Great hotel with the airport bus stop right at the entrance of the hotel. This makes it a very convenient spot with easy access to transportation. The rooms are of a decent size considering Japan and there is a train station next door with various eateries and shops including a 7/11. We did not use the amenities such as the pool or gym, but I would recommend this hotel given the price and location.
