  Health Hazard! STAY AWAY!!!! Awful experience. - Smells like MOLD and smelly feet!!!!! - Stinky bathroom!!!! - Dark room - No room cleaning for 2 nights stay. - quite a few stairs to climb before reaching the lift for reception. - Extra 200yen per person Charge on arrival, despite the price quoted on booking was clearly stated as Total including tax. Staff was impatient when asked for reasons on extra tax.

  Great location, 2 minute walk to train station. Near Dotonbori and many eating places. clean rooms, got a 3bebroom, 300 square feet which is large for Japan rooms. Management and workers very nice and helpful and speak good English for us to understand

  Hot water was off the first day. As a 6'4" person I was not able to stand in the shower, I hate crouching more than Jeremiah Sandler. Josh Briel had to leave a night early to return his rental fridge and save 3000 yen worth of boss coffee, otherwise it would've been a 4 star

  We had a great time staying here. At an affordable price, we can get a 'large room' for the Superior Room type, this is the largest room we have ever had at a similar price to a standard Japanese room. All facilities are complete (except mineral water for drinking), the rooms and toilets are also clean, even in our room there was a medium-sized sofa, which is very rarely found in the same type of room in other hotels. The location is also strategic, 3 minutes walk from Shinsaibashi Station. Highly recommended!

  Value for money hotel. Recommend to stay for 1/2 nights but not longer than that. Reception is helpful and can speak English well. laundry and vending machine is available with 7-11 just opposite the hotel. However, house cleaning need to improve a lot as we found that the carpet and toilet was not so clean. Overall very small room, with only double bed. Consider the price, it is still decent👍🏻
