::Nice hotel near train station . All the modern necessities needed when traveling. Only down side is extra $27 to use the gym onsite .

::This place was a great choice to stay. Most of the rooms had already been booked so I don't know how much better or larger the others would have been but mine was a bit cramped as it had 2 twin sized beds and the fridge was very tiny, with the shelf in it it wasn't tall enough to fit a bottle of water standing up so I had to lay them down and it didn't have a freezer spot. The only other thing I disliked is it is a type of room where you need to place keycard in the slot on wall in order for the lights/electric to go on so I couldn't just keep the keycard in my wallet which wasn't a huge deal but I prefer to be able to keep card in wallet so I don't walk out and forget it by mistake. The Onsen here certainly makes up for any minor inconveniences though! They had many baths to choose from, some with jets and some that where less hot then others and even a cold bath one. The open air one was certainly my favorite! All in all it is certainly a good choice if you're looking for a hotel with an Onsen!

::Great location within walking distance to subway lines and cafes and restaurants. Superb on-site amenities, a full gym, indoor swimming pool, plus an onsen. There is a surcharge for using the gym and per visit, otherwise the onsen is free. Rooms are nicely appointed, though housekeeping keeping items stocked, a little uneven, but very good. WiFi connection was unstable for online Zoom connections or face-to-face meetings. However, some platforms are completely accessible with limited connectivity to certain types of applications that are not secured in the internet reseal or Japanese servers’ domain. Otherwise, using an iPhone or such, for Zoom connections it can be accessed. Though foreseeable drawbacks to American professionals or other students working remotely, in connecting with this WiFi system at the hotel. One other remarkable downside is a chapel on-site, noted by a cross affixed to the building’s exterior. Not exactly a hotelier per se, it seems odd if you are not wanting to see such there normally. Since the hotel amenities are extra, per visit, the general stay can be paid upon departure. There is a noticeable shortfall on the hotel’s standardizations since the pandemic and perhaps budget issues. But greatly recommended nonetheless, since fewer hotels offer more aside some of these smaller discrepancies. And the hotel staff has made tremendous efforts to accommodate every guest’s needs and requests meticulously for each stay.

::Good attendance at frot door desk, comfortable bedrooms, spa, gym and massage available. I don't know if it's for every guests or if my company paid, but I had free breakfast (buffet style) and it was very good. 👌🏽

::Good place to stay. Quite big and comfortable rooms. They have to Restaurants, one on the First floor and one on the 14th Floor. There you have a nice view on Osaka. Also they have a free to use Onsen (hot Spring) which is really great to have. For a small extra fee, u can use their regular Swimmingpool and Gym. The Staff is very friendly and the facility is clean, cozy and comfortable.
