::20240911 Wednesday 1230 came. It was empty as it was a weekday. There were about 4 customers in front of us, and it took a while for their orders to arrive in order. I thought it was early, but the tempura was already over, so I ordered a large bowl of udon for 500 yen. I also added 100 extra balls. Meat juice is sold separately50 Thick udon noodles made with Musashino flour. You may have different tastes, but it's cheap anyway. To put it bluntly, the location and operation are bad. Recommended when you have some free time and want to experience something out of the ordinary.

::This is a very cheap udon restaurant. However, I feel that there are fewer clerks than the capacity. I went on a Sunday before noon and it took an hour. A restaurant suitable for people who can wait patiently. The udon is Musashino udon with a wheat-like texture, and the dipping sauce is stronger than the soy sauce flavor. The atmosphere here is quite different from the gravy udon. But it was really delicious. Tempura should be deep-fried. I want to go again.

::cold udon Mori udon (large serving) +meat +Tempura The noodles aren't chewy or chewy... You can feel the chewy elasticity, but it is never stiff! Mysterious noodles that don't feel that way. It's a reasonable price, so even if you put aside some controversy, there aren't that many. It's a large portion and feels like the average size of other restaurants. The dipping sauce is a sweet soup with hints of bonito and shiitake mushrooms. Meat +50 yen feels expensive for two thin pieces of meat, but I'd be sad without it. The tempura is not crispy, but funo, so it needs to be soaked in the soup. The road leading to the store is quite narrow, but it was possible to get there even with a full-size American car (you'll be out if there's an oncoming car).

::2024.6.16 (Sun) 13:45 I visited for a late lunch and had cold udon noodles and gravy. I enjoyed the stable and distinctive Musashino udon taste. 2024.5.26 (Sun) 12:00 Customers from abroad I guided Mr. Sawada to lunch at “MUSASHINO UDON” and enjoyed Mr. Sawada’s unique atmosphere. 2024.4.21 (Sun) 10:40 revisit I received cold udon noodles with gravy and tempura onions added. When I ate the udon here, I remembered something about it, but this time I realized that I had a memory of the taste that I couldn't remember. I can feel the nostalgic taste of udon flour, the nostalgic taste of eating sweet noodles. I stopped by for lunch on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Two vegetable tempura dishes were added to the tempura udon. Extra-thick, chewy, handmade udon noodles with a flavorful soup There is a smoking room and a non-smoking room, and when you enter the non-smoking room, it is a banquet hall with a stage for some reason. When I asked the staff, I didn't know why there was a stage in a private residence...

::After playing in a nearby park, I was looking for a restaurant in the area, and this restaurant caught my attention, so I visited for the first time after 1:00 p.m. The store is located in an old folk house, or the site of a community center, and is relatively spacious inside, with multiple tables evenly spaced between the tatami-style seats! ! The menu is not placed at the seats, but is posted on the wall...The gravy udon alone is surprisingly cheap at 450 yen! I was told that all the tempura was already sold out, so I ordered a large gravy udon for 500 yen. ■About gravy udon The delivery of the gravy udon seems relatively quick, taking around 4 minutes. It seemed like a very simple meal, with a fairly large bowl, plenty of soup stock, the main udon noodles, and a few small pieces of pork. When I tried it right away, I noticed that the udon noodles were made with ground flour. The noodles were slightly brownish, and the udon noodles themselves were very thick and chewy, and the udon itself had a perfect punch of flavor. I think so. The soup stock itself is made from fish meal made from dried fish and dried sardines. The soup has almost no astringency and allows you to fully enjoy the subtle flavor. I wonder if it's finished very well?? It's in a pretty residential area, and it feels like a real udon restaurant in a place like this, but considering that a large serving of delicious jiko udon costs just one coin, I wonder if it's a good value for money. I think so. Thank you for the meal.
