日向冬樹
::First used for weekday lunch in October 2024. I've been curious about it for a while, but it seems like it would be difficult to park the car, so I couldn't get up. . . I finally decided to go there, but luckily there was only one space available in the parking lot. I received the restaurant's recommended Mugen Soy Sauce Ramen (with flavored egg topping). The soy sauce ramen was exquisite, with a perfectly balanced dried sardine soup that was neither too strong nor too light. I think the price of 850 yen per cup and the taste are well balanced. As someone who always eats Hidakaya Chinese noodles, I don't think the analogy is appropriate, but I thought, "This is Hidakaya's Chinese noodles level 100!" It tastes like if you level up Hidakaya Chinese Soba (Charmander Lv5) and raise it to the max, it will become this ramen (Charizard Lv100). Recommended when you want to splurge on soy sauce ramen. I'm also grateful that I can use PayPay.

::It's been a long time since I visited. First of all, I was surprised to see that the ticket vending machine had been replaced with a new one (lol) This time I ordered miso ramen. Personally, I liked the flavor and it was very delicious. Thank you for the meal!

::There is English under Japanese. A ramen shop located a little far from Hanno Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, which is difficult to reach on foot. It's been a long time since I last went, I think it's been about 7 years (^◇^;) I passed by the store many times (°▽°) The parking lot can accommodate 3 to 4 cars across the road. Inside the store, there are about 10 people all seated at the counter. It is a sense of scale ☆ There was a ticket vending machine on the left side when I entered, and I stared at today's order. lol As a result, I found my favorite Taiwanese mazesoba, so I chose Taiwanese mazesoba with coriander and mini rice (¥950) (・∀・) Mochiron! I told you that I don't need mini rice (o^^o) After a while, Taiwanese Mazesoba arrived! The split soup comes in a container that you might mistake for a stylish sake bottle✨ I mixed it all together and ate it, and it was spicy and delicious (((o(*゚▽゚*)o))) I was really happy that it had coriander in it (๑>◡◡

::Delicious ramen with thick soup. Gyoza is also good and worth trying.
