The Kakuni Dandanmen was 3-spicy, so it was just the right amount of spiciness, and the Kakuni Dandan noodles were delicious with the seasoning you would find in China or Taiwan. After I finished eating, I found some Japanese pepper oil, so next time I have it, I'd like to use it from the beginning. If you like spicy food, I think you'll find it mild even at 3 spiciness, so I'd be happy if there was one or two levels higher in spiciness. I gave it 2 stars because the price is 4 digits. The amount of minced meat was small, and the noodles were just in a slightly spicy soup, so it didn't really taste like dandan noodles, which made me question why they were promoting dandan noodles so much.
