::I have a Very very tasty Tsukemen after long time. MUST TRY THE ROASTED PORK .
Alex Daniels
::A delicious ramen and tsukemen restaurant specializing in fish. This establishment has a nice ambiance inside with plenty of tables and seats at the bar. During peak lunch hour, it was around a 15-minute wait for a table for 3 people. There is a free parking lot accessible from the side road. The order machine has English on each of the menu options, so take some time to drive out to this place and have a great meal.

::It's ramen shop. There were many people waiting for the seats. It's fish base soup with kinda thick waved noodle. The qality is so high and so sofisticated. It's worth for waiting in the line.

::Prepare for the wait time but definitely rewarding to wait. Very tasty shrimp 🦐 based broth and the toppings make sense. Only downside is that it can get busy so the earlier the better

::I have drove by many times and seen this place with a line out the door. Today I decided that I would give it a try. I had the shrimp tsukemen special that has extra chasu and a seasoned egg. Now to the flavor. Growing up with a Cajun mother we regularly had seafood gumbo. This tsukemen had notes of roux with the first taste, that made me think of gumbo. The flavors blended well with the noodles that I think we're buckwheat, they were delicious. I will go back and try the sea bream tsukemen special.
