    20240911 Wednesday 1230 came. It was empty as it was a weekday. There were about 4 customers in front of us, and it took a while for their orders to arrive in order. I thought it was early, but the tempura was already over, so I ordered a large bowl of udon for 500 yen. I also added 100 extra balls. Meat juice is sold separately50 Thick udon noodles made with Musashino flour. You may have different tastes, but it's cheap anyway. To put it bluntly, the location and operation are bad. Recommended when you have some free time and want to experience something out of the ordinary.

    This is a very cheap udon restaurant. However, I feel that there are fewer clerks than the capacity. I went on a Sunday before noon and it took an hour. A restaurant suitable for people who can wait patiently. The udon is Musashino udon with a wheat-like texture, and the dipping sauce is stronger than the soy sauce flavor. The atmosphere here is quite different from the gravy udon. But it was really delicious. Tempura should be deep-fried. I want to go again.

The tempura is not crispy, but funo, so it needs to be soaked in the soup. The road leading to the store is quite narrow, but it was possible to get there even with a full-size American car (you'll be out if there's an oncoming car).

I was told that all the tempura was already sold out, so I ordered a large gravy udon for 500 yen. ■About gravy udon The delivery of the gravy udon seems relatively quick, taking around 4 minutes. It seemed like a very simple meal, with a fairly large bowl, plenty of soup stock, the main udon noodles, and a few small pieces of pork. When I tried it right away, I noticed that the udon noodles were made with ground flour.The noodles were slightly brownish, and the udon noodles themselves were very thick and chewy, and the udon itself had a perfect punch of flavor. I think so. The soup stock itself is made from fish meal made from dried fish and dried sardines.The soup has almost no astringency and allows you to fully enjoy the subtle flavor. I wonder if it's finished very well?? It's in a pretty residential area, and it feels like a real udon restaurant in a place like this, but considering that a large serving of delicious jiko udon costs just one coin, I wonder if it's a good value for money.
