I'm not from Toyama Prefecture, but whenever I hear Toyama, I want to eat Tamten. I've eaten jade tempura from various restaurants, and this time I visited this restaurant. It looks the same as the previous restaurants, but the jade tempura here is truly exquisite. The softness is indescribably exquisite, and the best part is the sweetness. The one I use is Wasanbon, and the sweet smell is irresistible. It doesn't have much of a rough texture, but the beautiful grilling on all four sides is impressive. Strong tea and tamaten, it's heaven on earth!

I learned that Toyama's famous confectionery is Owaratamaten, so I visited the Hayashi Seido main store. The people at the store were very friendly and I felt comfortable shopping. In addition to Jade Ten, there are also nostalgic lemon cakes. The staff at the restaurant asked me if I would like to try the freshly baked Tamten, so I did so without hesitation✌️ At first glance, is it an egg roll? Looks like I might be mistaken for that (lol) It's delicious with the aroma of eggs, marshmallow-like texture, and gentle sweetness😋I couldn't imagine it was made with agar. Also, if I have a chance, I would like to stop by.

The balls are so fluffy and delicious! I bought it as a souvenir and it made me happy. I was also happy to be able to pay with iD.

It's a taste that I've been familiar with since I was a child. I sometimes buy things from other stores, but I always come back to Hayashi Seido! ️ They explained various things and I had fun shopping 😄

R40903 visit I saw Gyokuten on TV a few days ago and had the urge to eat it, so I came to the store from Kanazawa and bought 10 pieces. Am I buying too much because I'm fast? I thought so, but I didn't have any worries. On the contrary, it was so delicious that I had to be careful not to eat too much. I feel like I missed out by not meeting him until now. There are various quantities available (as well as other sweets), making it easy to purchase as a souvenir for yourself.
