::When you think of Toyama, you think of black ramen. It is said that manual laborers became concentrated to replenish their salt content. . The ramen shop here also used the name "dry" on the menu to give it a strong flavor. I didn't come here to experience the history or culture, but I wanted to eat something delicious, so I ordered the normal flavor. It was my first time eating black ramen, and it was delicious without the soy sauce spiciness. The char siu was soft and the noodles were chewy and delicious. There was a large parking lot, and the interior was Japanese-style and had a nice atmosphere.

::This was my first visit to Daichi-san, a shop I had been interested in for a while. First, I was thinking of eating regular Chinese noodles, but I found DRY (stronger) on the menu 🤩 Just like that, I ordered Chinese noodles DRY. The soup color is brown, not black. The taste is a bit like Shoppa's favorite taste 😍 When you slurp the noodles, they are so delicious👏👏👏 The char siu was also creamy and thick👍 I feel like I understand the feelings of people who eat large servings of rice. It's a thick soup, but I almost finished it. Thank you for the meal🙏

::It's a ramen shop in Fuchu, but this is my first visit since the Menhachi era. It was still as delicious as ever! The kelp rice balls are also nice. There are two types: Chinese soba and Chinese soba DRY. The Chinese noodles are black, but they are refreshing and delicious. The best!

::I think the soup, noodles, and toppings of the ramen are all delicious and the best bowl of ramen, but it's so cold inside that I'm shivering, and even though it's just after opening, it's just as cold as it is outside. I don't know about the night part, but If you don't go warm during lunch time in winter, you'll be in trouble. I will come again to avoid the cold weather.

::Friendly shop owner. Ramen comes in regular black and dry varieties. Both are delicious! The char siu is especially delicious. Tororo konbu rice balls are delicious! Please go and try it.
