::I learned that Toyama's famous confectionery is Owaratamaten, so I visited the Hayashi Seido main store. The people at the store were very friendly and I felt comfortable shopping. In addition to Jade Ten, there are also nostalgic lemon cakes. The staff at the restaurant asked me if I would like to try the freshly baked Tamten, so I did so without hesitation✌️ At first glance, is it an egg roll? Looks like I might be mistaken for that (lol) It's delicious with the aroma of eggs, marshmallow-like texture, and gentle sweetness😋I couldn't imagine it was made with agar. Also, if I have a chance, I would like to stop by.

::I bought it at Ikiiki Toyamakan in Yurakucho, not at the store. When I tried it for the first time, it had an interesting texture, similar to hanpen. However, the calories per piece are low, so it might be good if you're on a diet but want something sweet (but you have to eat it within two days after opening it, so you need to keep that in mind).
