::The rooms were small, as was to be expected from a traditional style hotel. It can be a little hard if you have a lot of bags. The shower areas were nice and spacious. The personnel had a basic understanding of English which isn't something which is to be taken for granted in Japan. They were very helpful. When I was using the dryer in the evening I couldn't finish drying because the noise would hinder the guests. They helped me find a different way to dry my clothes in the hotel. The location is excellent. You are within walking distance of almost all major sights.

::Toilet is not part of your hotel room. You have to share with other guests. Same with showers. Outlets are very few (like 1 per room) and obviously this place is low-tech. Extremely quiet and if you're looking for traditional you will find it here. Small rooms. The place lacks modern amenities and has peeling wallpaper, but everything seems clean enough. Calming if you're with the right people... for my family this was not a good fit. Breakfast was 1200 yen per person per day.

::Traditional Japanese style home very comfy and the beds are nice . The service is very good , the mother and father boiled water for me and allowed me to take 2 flasks . There is also a common refrigerator for everyone to use . The Japanese style bath is very relaxing and hot . I would definitely stay here again !! The son is very hardworking and always works until midnight and his service is good . Overall the family’s English is really good . Everyone else in the family was good . Even in the morning the helpers greeted us . I would recommend staying here . The bad thing is there are no gyms and swimming pool but what do u expect it is a traditional style hotel . Really appreciative of this trip .

::It is a good traditional Japanese inn experience. Very basic but everything is kept clean and has a good customer service. Keep in mind you will share bath, toilet, and sink with other guests but everything is really clean and is part of the experience. They offer good priced breakfast which is really important while traveling in Japan as there is a lack of opened breakfast places early in the morning. Location is convenient since the bus stop is 2min walking but there are better areas.

::The kindest, nicest hosts ever. Extremely welcoming and considerate. Note that's a Ryokan, not a hotel. So the bathrooms are shared and focused around a mini-onsen, which is a very nice way to relaxed. The beds are thin futons, which is what you will have to accept. For the price, this is really good value. Would recommend to anyone for a night or two.
