::Compact but well equipped rooms. Beds are really comfortable. Staff very helpful and most speak good English. 30th floor bar is lovely.

::Booked a smoking room and was surprised that it did not smell of tobacco! Spotless, very spacious and luxurious! Crazy views from the higher floors! Room service is quick and the food is great. Japanese breakfast is a unique experience with loads to try! Conveniently located near the main train station! Almost all of the staff speak English, which was an added bonus when wanting to forward our luggage to the next hotel! Very friendly and helpful as everyone in Japan 🤣

::Great location, decent size rooms (by japanese standards) Lovely staff Directly opposite the train station Easy walk to markets and castle and gardens 7 eleven right opposite. Hire car next door. Dept store 2 mins walk Dinner buffet was good but the quality of the desserts was exceptional.

::Excellent location right next to the station. Surprisingly most of the staff had a very good level of English and very welcoming. Our room was nice but inconvenient and strange to have the sink in the room next to the bed. Good breakfast selection.

::Very nice hotel. The reception have porter to take care of the luggage. Very nice lobby. Hotel is link with underground walkway that link to kananzawa station. There is daily English newspaper. The breakfast offer International (Level 2) and Japanese style (level 6). Stay 2 nights and tried different breakfast.
