  Great rooms. Accessible with convenient free shuttle bus. Friendly and helpful staff. Great view. The surroundings are not much. It's dangerous to walk by the road.

  Very nice and luxurious hotel. Very polite and nice staff. We got awaited by 4 employees, lol. It is far from the city center but we needed an accommodation where we could park our car easily. Our car got parked somewhere inside the building. Our room was good, very clean and beautiful. A complementary bus service to the city center and the viewpoint on the mountain was included, which was great!

  Got a 56m2 room that can put four futons. Very spacious. The bathroom was very big and pretty. Located at the top of hill, it has a nice view of the city. Service was good.

  What we loved: free parking, prompt shuttle to city center, huge clean rooms and incredibly kind staff. What could use improvement: temperature of the room ran a little warm, we had to open windows at night because the air conditioning wasn’t working fully. Tips: opt for the breakfast buffet. It is worth it especially for those who like coffee. Coffee shops don’t really open early here and there is no coffee in rooms, so I really felt the breakfast buffet was a good value.

  Friendly staffs and great view. Breakfast was provided in Japanese course, not my cup of tea but if you like Japanese food it might be a plus. The room is most species during our 2 weeks stay in Kyushu. I’d give a 5 star if there weren’t so many small flies in our rooms.
