::Less than 10 minutes walk from Yunokawa Onsen City Tram stop. 5 minutes by bus from the airport. It's convenient. Both morning and evening, they served me meals containing local ingredients (squid sashimi, etc.). Although it can't be called extravagant, it is quite satisfying. The hot springs are also the best. This is cheap at 11,000 yen (may vary depending on the time)❗ Since I took care of them once, I often use them when I go on business trips to Hakodate.

::Good service, kind and polite response from start to finish. I stayed for several nights and had no complaints at all. It has good access to Hakodate Arena, and there are many delicious ramen restaurants and exercise spots nearby, as well as Aeon, so I was able to stay stress-free. I will definitely come again the next time I stay in Hakodate.

::Day-trip bathing and bedrock bathing only Although the building is older, it is kept clean and we were able to relax and enjoy the private stay even though it was a Sunday evening. Hakodate has many hot springs, but there are few bedrock baths, so I'm thankful for that. They will lend you a bedrock bath set (mini sweat towel, towel to spread on the floor, top and bottom of bedrock bath wear). There is only one indoor hot spring bath. I was able to soak in the water at just the right temperature. Many hot springs in Hakodate have high temperatures, but the temperature here is just right, and if it's too hot, there's a spatula for stirring the water, so everyone can adjust the temperature themselves. My only regret is that the table in the washing room is small and when I placed the basket with the hot spring set on it, it tipped over and the towel got dirty. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided. Lockers with keys available (no coins required). One wash basin and one free hair dryer. Put your shoes in the shoe box in the 100 yen locker and change to slippers (there is a warning that if you don't put your slippers in there, an employee will come to check on you). The 100 yen in the shoe box will be returned to you. Looking at the ingredient list, it seems that the hot springs are drinkable. Yunokawa Onsen is overflowing with tourists, but it wasn't crowded and I enjoyed the relaxing bedrock bath and hot springs, so I would like to go again.

::◾︎About the location/building etc. The location is Yunokawa Onsen area. The location is great. The building is old and quite retro. Hot springs are also in season. ◾︎About hot springs A day trip to the hot springs costs 650 yen. Until 23:00. The changing rooms and bathrooms were also well-cleaned. However, when I tried to enter the hot springs on the second night, I was bothered to find that the lights were turned off even though it was still 9:00 pm. It was a problem because both the changing room and the hot spring bathroom were dark. Did the customer delete it? Since there are still people coming in, I want the lighting to be properly controlled. ◾︎Good points There is a parking lot that can accommodate several cars. free. There is also a covered parking lot in the outbuilding. The room is nice and quiet. The water pressure in the shower in the room was also quite good. There were minimal amenities such as razors and toothbrushes. If you just want to sleep at night while sightseeing, I think staying multiple nights is a good idea. We recommend staying overnight without meals. ◾︎About old interior/equipment In room 208, there was a constant noise coming from outside the window. When I checked in and went to my room, it seemed like the window wasn't closed, so I didn't know that and left it there. It was quite difficult to close the window to seal it properly. The interior and equipment look quite old. I would like to see the walls and windows renewed. The air conditioning equipment also does not have a modern remote control and is operated from the wall. It was a very old type. ◾︎Bad points Electrical from the wall? The code was exposed. The plastic covering it was also cracked and I thought it was quite dangerous. I would like this place to be renovated. I probably won't be spending any money, but if possible, I'd like to easily cover it with something. It's too late after being electrocuted. There are no services such as free plastic bottles in the room. However, there was free coffee etc. in the lobby. ◾︎About accommodation fees The price is also wallet-friendly. So I think I'll go again. ◾︎Request I would like to see some renovations to the guest rooms and bathrooms, while still retaining the retro feel.

::I think this is one of the older family owned hotels. Many employees are matured so they follow good-old-style Japanese hospitality which is super kind, supportive, polite and ready-to-serve attitude. This is rarely seen in the recent clean "Business Hotel." This means the facility is not that new and maybe a bit dark inside and halls are sometimes noisy (by residents and cleaning people chatting) perhaps because walls are not that noise resistant. I could hear next room's big snore. This is a trade-off but I paid much cheaper than other places and this is fairly decent.
