::Far from the harbour, toilet n bath in the room is small, the manager is racist, charge us extra fee for onsen and sauna, but its already included when I book on agoda, the lady serve in the restaurant alway ‘bam’ the plate on the table to forewarn/provoke us with a grumpy face who are the guest who pay them, generally the staff are rude, not much people stay in this hotel, the service very very bad, I’ll never come back, if you Janpanese also don’t go this ryokan in Hokadate, there are many other option there, back to Tokyo in peace, thank alots Despite there r some nice taxi drivers, the young girl at front table, the room keepers, the futon folder, our experience in this place still not satisfied with the amount of money we pay

::What a private onsen ryokan to enjoy with your family. This ryokan seems to be renovated as the rooms look pretty new. The rooms were clean and spacious. Onsen was the best part of this ryokan.

::Stayed here for two nights on a stopover to Niseko. The rooms are much more than we expected and the staff were very respectful and friendly. The hotel itself was beautifully arranged with an indoor zen garden and a wooden bridge. Also close to public transport for convenience. My favourite place to stay on my trip to Japan. Thank you!

::This ryokan is very quaint and beautifully traditional. The moment you step into the door you can smell a specific scent of incense that accompanies many traditional Japanese building. It's spacious and the rooms are comfortable! Ohmomo-San took very good care of us, helping us with our luggages, speaking to us in English as best as he can, helping us arrange a masseuse and call for taxis, helped me call my next hotel to arrange for our luggage delivery, and even helped me contact my following ryokan multiple times to finally get through to arrange a kaiseki dinner for me and my wife! The hospitality here is top-notched and I couldn't be happier to have stayed here! Thank you Mr. Ohmomo-San for making our trip as stress-free and as memorable as it was!
