::A short walk from the tram station. The room was surprisingly comfortable, and the dinner and breakfast are amazing. I highly recommend taking a warm soak after dinner.

::This hotel seems to be old. Althogh it was not crowded, its room was not comfortable for machanical noise. One of spas I used was specious and good. We can see a spooky building like a ruin in the side of the hotel.

::It was quite nice stay, the room was clean and specious. The food and the onsen were okay, I have experienced better ones, but it was still very nice and relaxing. The staff was polite and helpful, and it's just one bus/tram to get to the hotel from Hakodate Station.

::The only reason that I give the hotel this rating instead of five stars is because there are areas in the hotel that are smoking and Im sensitive to the smell. My boyfriend couldn't tellost of the time. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice. Room was clean and the food was delicious. The outdoor hot spring was very nice. I liked that there was a cold pool in the outdoor bath as well as the three hot pools.
