::Hotel Regina Kawaguchiko offers a serene retreat, allowing guests to escape the hustle and bustle while immersing themselves in the tranquil beauty of the surrounding landscape. The immaculately clean rooms feature breathtaking, million-dollar views of Mount Fujiโs majestic peak, offering picture-perfect moments for every guest. Additionally, the hotelโs rejuvenating onsen (hot spring) provides a soothing, relaxing experience with with a dedicated cold water basin to cool the body down after the dip into the hot spring water, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. We were pleasantly surprised that Hotel Regina offered complimentary shuttle service to and from the nearby Fujikyu Highlands train and bus stations, between 8am to 11am and 3pm to 8pm making our travel and visits to local attractions to the hotel hassle-free. The hotel also provides complimentary travel adaptors upon request, and the thoughtfully designed bathrooms, with separate areas for the bath, shower, and wash basin, allow guests to comfortably use the facilities for various needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. We opted to include breakfast in our accommodation and were delighted to start our day with a delectable breakfast spread each morning, featuring a mix of both Western and traditional Japanese dishes. Whether youโre in the mood for a hearty meal or a light bite, the breakfast offerings ensure a satisfying start to the day, further enhancing the overall stay. ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐๐๐๐

::Very bad! We canโt keep luggage after check out. Hotel staff are rude to hotel guests and said they didnโt care about any comment on google and Agoda. Not recommend!

::This is a nice little nostalgic hotel in a quaint little town with an amazing view of Mt. Fuji in all her glory. The staff was courteous and we had a nice Shabu Shabu dinner the day we checked in and breakfast the next morning. Both meals were very good and the staff provided great service. Be sure to ask for a room with a view when booking. Definitely would consider coming back when it is it cloudy and rainy.
