  My best hotel experience ever!!!! Would definitely rate 6 stars if possible 🤣 The hotel has shuttle to pickup costumers from the nearest station. It would be 15min walking distance but only 5min by the hotel shuttle. The vicinity of the hotel is extremely pretty. Rakuyu is located directly next to the cable car station for a Fuji view point. There are also a Lawson and several restaurants/ cafes nearby. All rooms in the hotel are located at the same side which has view to the lake and the mountains. Rakuyu’s hotel service is top, the staff are extremely nice and patient. Besides it’s a very friendly hotel for costumers who don’t speak Japanese. There’s breakfast🥐, afternoon 🍵(with very tasty sweet stuff, such as cheesecakes etc. 🤩) and cocktail 🍹(basically dinner, with both traditional Japanese and western food) everyday that are already included in the booking. Among all the things I have listed above, the best part would be the bath. There’s free public bath (men’s and women’s separate) available everyday; there’s also the option to reserve private bath time slot with fair price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing holiday 🗻.

  I normally don’t write reviews, but I just have to! First things first, as we arrive the hotel, they gave a really warm welcoming! The staff helped us park the car which was very nice. I’m not gonna explain much about the service, it’s just amazing. The location is kind of Inconvenient, but it’s worth it! You don’t get a view of the Mountain Fuji, but it has a really relaxing view from your hotel room, a great way to start a day just by looking at the view. The longue they have near the lobby is quite decent, the food is amazing, take notes it only opens at certain time periods. The room is really amazing and comfortable. It was quite big! The bed is really comfortable and they provide you with many toiletries that you would normally use, like hair brush, comb, razor and toothbrush (toothpaste). I would definitely come here again! If you want to know, yes there is a hot spring, they provide you with baskets! I would give 10 stars if I could.

  Loved our stay here absolutely beautiful property, rooms and facilities. The free happy hour was INSANE and the free breakfast buffet was perfect with some western options. Only con is the pillows aren’t the best and there’s a 5 minutes very steep hill up to the property but overall a central location, 15 min walk into town. They’ll pick you up at the station anytime if you call.

  We are here now, and I must say that I truly love it! The staff are top notch. They have been so sweet and accommodating. The view of the lake from our room, the lobby, and the hot springs are amazing. The breakfast, dinner, and drinks are delicious. I only wished we had planned to stay longer. Thank you so much ♥️

  Would give 6 stars if I could! Definitely felt like a 5 star hotel with the service, snacks & drinks, and view of the lake. The snack service in the afternoon is very very good. They also had an open bar with all the liquor, champagne, and as much wine as you can drink. Amazing stuff. The hill up to the hotel is pretty steep but the elevated view is a worthy trade off. If you have luggage, remember to call the hotel and they will shuttle you to the hotel with their many vans. Overall, would have to stay again the next time I am here. It is a no brainer.
